We walked Robert to his first day of Second Grade today. He was so excited to go back. I must have heard "I can't wait another day!" a million times. I'm so glad he loves school so much.
So here I am back in the groove of writing my daily blog. I have so many things to talk about since I last blogged. The world is so crazy! Everyday I see news stories and things happen at my job that I should be blogging about. The list keeps piling up. Where do I start?
My job has been crazy. One of my individuals has become much more medically involved. He is also the most non-compliant so it creates a lot of stress. Convincing people that they need to take care of themselves is never an easy task, and it's even harder when that person has development disabilities. Everyday it's something new. I never know what kind of mood he will be in, or if he is going to take his meds, or throw something at me.
I have been doing a bit of recording which should be kicked in to high gear now that I will have some quiet time in the morning. I have one song completely tracked and I'm mixing it now. I also have a new project that will be released very soon.
The Olympics are over so I missed all of that wonderful blogging material. I have been watching the DNC on C-span. It has had some entertaining speakers. I really enjoyed hearing Michelle Obama speak. She is an amazing public speaker. She should be running for office! I would vote for her! I hope people listened to Hillary last night and are going to let this loss go and start supporting Obama! She lost. There isn't anything anyone can do to change that.

Work has been crazy! I can't seem to get a break. I'm getting paged every morning with something that causes me to go in early or stay late or both. AAAHHHH. I hope things get better soon. I think it will get worse before it gets better.
I just can't believe my ears sometimes when I turn on the television. I hear things that make me want to scream. Before I went in to work this morning I turned on the tube. The screen pops on and I see the ladies from the view. So I listen to them while I put my shoes on. What do I hear them talking about you ask? Well... They are talking about Obama's Prayer he placed in the wall in Jerusalem. Someone swiped it and gave it to the press. No one is supposed to touch these prayers after they have been pushed into the wall. The woman of the view were saying it sounded to polished and other nonsense. I just can't believe that this is the most interesting and important thing we have to talk about when it comes to presidential politics. With all of the crazy things going on in this country I get to hear about a private prayer that Obama never intended on sharing with anyone else. I also get to here people judging his private prayer and trying to decide if it was to polished. What ever the fuck that means! Does anyone care about anything other than money and proving that they are better than someone else? I would really like to know how Obama's prayer has anything to do with the state of this country or world. If it says anything about him as a person it says that he has good intentions. I will copy the prayer here so everyone can make there own judgments.
Lord,
Protect my family and me. Forgive my sins, and help me guard against pride and despair. Give me the wisdom to do what is right and just. And make me an instrument of your will.
So there it is as reported in the news.
I just don't understand why the media will take this and beat it to death but you only hear a 5 second clip of the impeachment hearings that were held on Friday. This is sad and scary.
Please
check this out. You will never see this in the mainstream media.
Warning this video contains truth that is scary and may cause you to be
momentarily unplugged from the matrix. View with caution.
I was going to make another video blog when I looked in the mirror and realized that a day in the pool wrecks your hair. So no video tonight, just back to basics -- good old typing. I had a great weekend. It really helped me forget about work. We went to Idlewild and Soakzone, and Robert went wild. He loves swimming so much. The water was kinda cold today. The wind was blowing and the high was only like 78 degrees. We managed to shiver our way around the park. We can't wait to go back. More tomorrow.

I know I have been slacking on my daily blog and I would like to say I'm sorry to my faithful readers. Summer is so much fun. I have been spending a lot of time with Robert and Kare. During the school year I do a lot of writing while Robert's at school. So I will squeeze in a blog or two in between playing Indiana Jones and Pokemon.
I have been writing and reading in my spare time. It seems to be a very productive time. I have been thinking a lot about all of my friends. I hope they are all doing well. I know things will get better for all of you!
I found this really awesome artist I wanted to share with you guys.
This song makes me feel good.
Let me know what you think.
I got to catch up with an old friend a little bit today. That was really cool. Maybe I will get to catch up with her more soon.
I have been writing a lot lately. I like that. I have also been reading a lot. Those two things seem to go hand in hand.
If anyone wants to check out some really awesome art work please go to my sister'Lisa's website.. It is amazing. She is an awesome artist.
